Intel i7-3770K@3.5GHz Review :

Intel i7-3770K about 5-10% faster than the i7-2700K which it replaces. The current top-end "extreme" tier is and will remain the six core i7-3960X until the second half of 2013, when the Ivy Bridge-E is released. The GPU performance compared to the 2700K is about 50% faster.

At its official retail price, three hundred and thirty two dollars, it is currently one of the best values for a high performance chip in the market.

The i7-3770k is a fantastic processor! Out of the box (with no overclocking). The HD 4000 graphics are also great!, if you don't need serious graphics performance, this processor could save you money on a graphics card!. In truth, the new HD Graphics 4000 core is more of interest for laptop PCs that rely on integrated graphics. On the desktop we'd beg you to buy an add-in board.

The new Intel Core i7 3770K, at in terms of the CPU side of things, is largely the same design, but based on 22nm technology. Intel has also added support for dynamic frequency adjustment from the Windows desktop. That's handy, both for making overclocking easier and for allowing you to set clockspeeds based on application type.
Overall, this is one of the greatest processors available today (definitely the best performer on its socket type). Any processor which beats this one costs at least several hundred dollars more and doesn't gain nearly that much in extra performance. So, if you can handle the somewhat higher price than the i5-3570k, get this best of a CPU!!.
