Excellent customer service. I called two times and spoke to help well prepared And professional technicians.
Cons :
WD Smartware software. Surprisingly so - so during this cool tiny device. Much less intuitive or slick when i experienced expected or learn about.
This version of Smartware is not really very flexible and does not include a complete system backup( system image)feature. I had to setup a different application to make a system image ( Luckily WD provides a free copy of an application called Acronis for its customers - however I had to contact customer service to learn about this application and stay told finding this on their support page.
Automatic backup feature will only work while your system is idle.
